This Cunningham project is currently under construction and is being delivered under a CCDC 5A Construction Management prime contract. Working with the Owner to manage the project scheduling, budget and subtrades which are contracted directly with the Owner. The project features two 5 storey wood framed buildings overlying a shared concrete parkade. With 182 rental units, the intent is to occupy building 1 while building 2 construction continues.
