Elliston Townhomes are purpose built rentals situated in a well-established community in SE Calgary. The project was fast tracked and built in less than 12 months as ‘first to market’ was a priority for our client. Units were both tradition row and stacked and featured developed basements. Two fixed finish schemes were utilized in order to streamline construction.
