A historic building from early 1950, Lear was engaged to convert this school to suite modern learning requirements. At 35,911 sq ft over 2 floors, the interior structure was heavily modified and reinforced while maintaining much of the exterior façade. Larger windows in learning spaces were installed, existing brick veneer was carefully removed and reused to maintain the look of the exterior finishes.
