Located in Grande Prairie, AB. 4 phase modernization to an existing school while the school remained operational. Each phase involved hazardous material abatement, demolition, structural modifications, updated finishes and configuration changes. The mechanical systems were completely replaced with new air handlers, boilers and pumps. Modular classrooms were reconfigured to accommodate the addition of a new gathering space providing a central core for the Modular wing of the school. Electrical systems were also completely overhauled and modernized including the installation of ballasted solar arrays.
